Specialising in rhythm and blues piano, Mojo Wellington performs classic blues and jazz tunes, as well as originals influenced by the likes of Bob Dylan, Ray Davies, Carole King, Randy Newman, Sparks, Taj Mahal, and Tom Waits.
A feature of the London live music scene, Mojo Wellington has performed at locations across the capital, including the Houses of Parliament, Oxo Tower, Pizza Express jazz club and Westfield Village, as well as popular nightspots like CellarDoor (with future Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist drag queen Myra DuBois), Big Easy restaurants, and Nightjar and Oriole cocktail bars.
A memorable experience for Mojo was finding himself playing Bohemian Rhapsody while Queen guitarist Brian May was stood at the end of the piano - an anecdote Mojo never gets tired of telling.
When he's not performing to rock royalty, Mojo loves taking his audience on a musical journey from the front porches of the Mississippi Delta to the streets of Swinging London.
